The Evolution of Veterinary Mentorship The traditional definition of mentorship within the veterinary profession is getting support and guidance. With growing demands for recruitment and retention as well as the mental health challenges the profession is facing, we must evolve to meet the current needs of today's veterinary professionals. In this seminar, we will discuss how mentorship is evolving in the veterinary industry so you can consider providing intentional structures for mentorship for all veterinary professionals at every career stage.

Dr. Addie Reinhard is an experienced companion animal veterinarian. She graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine and currently practices in the central Kentucky region. She has special interests in client communication, preventative care, dermatology, and creating helpful educational resources for pet parents.
